I thought i might as well show my bots to you all(since they aren't very good).

If you are talking about those Wheelguard parts, I think they are aviable for use without cheatbot code, but the fact that the bot is over weight is not a good thing.

S3 wheels arent exactly grippy and the bot is way overpowered, I think 2 of those blacks should be enough. But what that bot really needs is some damaging weapons, imo.

Also, what armor? Steel 10? Try to use any of the Titanium ones, they are the best in DSL.

Edit: Just noticed, why is the backround that of stock? Did you only install the DSL components and not the whole pack?

You need 1.3 patch to fix your buttons......just BE SURE to get the right one.

I have to use the stock because every time i go into DSL, the game crashes. I don't get the DSL armor, only components. It's over weight because it's a SHW, i don't like making LW's and MW's. I'm only good with HW and SHW.

EDIT: ACAMS, i downloaded the patch, it completely erased all my teams and every bot i made. It didn't do anything to the buttons either.

ACAMS...... The patch completely messed up the game, i can't do a match, i can't build a bot, i can't do anything.

I'm probably going to have to completely reinstall it.

Well, you do seem to have both Stock and DSL mixed. I suggest that you reinstall the game, apply the 1.3 patch, then make a copy of the game folder, and apply DSL to one and have a seperate stock one.

Agreed, the game just goes FUBAR if you don't keep DSL and Stock separate. Heck, I keep those separate and have a launch for Starcore AI pack as well. It just keeps everything more stable, when you swap the stuff around between it all, chaos breaks out. ACAMS is just trying to help, so keep at it.

i think everyone here has had to reinstall the game quite a few times as they learned the ropes... its all part of the fraternal hazing.

You have to use the right patch.....use the patch for the downloaded version and it should fix it, unless you have other problems.

BE SURE TO OVERWRITE ANYTHING IT WANTS TO.

ACAMS, i fixed the game, the patch somewhat worked, but i had to move lots of files around to get it working.

Heres what a more expierienced bot builder would say (I'm not one)
-Overpowered
-Underweight
-Wierd weapon choice(my opinion)

Please un-mix Stock and DSL on your game. Like I said, make two copies, one fully Stock and one fully DSL.

Chassis too big...
Drive = PH41L, You have the weight... Use TDRWs
You could change those hammers for DSL Hammers, They have WAYYY more HP than normal ones.

Also, One hit in those extenders were the hammers are atached and you lost your whole hammer, Its not needed (My opinion)
