I dont get why everybody is so harsh on racism. Not that many years ago black people where arrested just for being black and nobody cared then... Say if you are a black person and you get called a big black bum (just for sake of arguement) people will take it really seriously and the police may even get involved sometimes. But what is the difference between that and somebody saying to a disabled person "you cripple!" It's not very nice i know but do people really get involved about it that much? NO!

I'm not saying racism is right but i dont know why people take such a huge offense to it.

Those bots are pretty interesting, but people don't respect non-realistic DSL bots the same way they do stock, just so you know. Oh yea, and they really don't respect people who only build superheavyweights.The important thing is that you keep building! Stick with stock parts on stock RA2 and stack as much as you can. Stick with the original DSL components on DSL and try to make your bots realistic. It's ok to make something crazy once in awhile too, but why not try building a good middleweight?

New HW.. I trashed Sitting Bull and made The Puma!

I know in the screenies the bot changes a little but I kept making litte tweaks here and there to get the weight to 799

It is mostly Stable.
When going forward the spikes dig into the floor and go under just about ANYTHING. (I cant jump the wedge on the preformance lab)

Just an FYI: Dualperms are not good for drive, use Drive Mag morotrs, NPCs or NPC fasts.
That way, you can attach more weapons.

As far as I can see, it is a rammer, so more frontal weaponry is needed.

Motors like Perms, normal E-Teks, Piglets, and other motors designed specifically for weapons do not have enough torque. The more torque means mor power to the wheels and more power to move your bot.

They DO have torque, otherwise you could stop a Perm with a digit. Just less than the drive motors, and so not suited to be good drive motors.

Drive motors => NPC's (all of them), Drive E-teks, Copals, Astroflights, Slimbodies, TWM3's and TWM3R's, Drive version.

I would recommend the E-tek drive motors for that particular bot.

well reguardless of what you may think.. And I'm sure you have made a bot with the perms for drives and decided against it... I push back every bot I go against with it. IF I get my hard drive out of my NOW trashed computer I will make a vid to prove it.

I didn't have time to leave a description of the bot...
when you push w (forward button) the two frontal spikes dig down and get under anything (even critical emergency) and other flippers. I can push them back pretty well into a corner or what have you, then engage the burst piston to strike that (just about always) vulnerable underbelly. so its kind of a hybrid.. it is extremely effective BUT it is somewhat vulnerable from the side.

No one uses Perms for drive.

Drive Etek + Techno Destructo wheels. Just tried this on a 2WD HW rammer. He sucks, but he's still very fast.

Well, not bad. Good thing is the small chassis.

-I would put 3mm Titanium on that bot (or 5).

-4 ant batteries (or even 3) would be a better choice. You can underpower your bots (as long as they're not using burst motors) slightly in DSL.

-Make that really invertible by removing the Lightning spikes, they're not really useful.

-A large Puma CO2 would be good. It containts 3 times more CO2 than the small one for only 4kg more.

-Is that a reskinned Emergency wedge on a piston? A wedge won't work well on a piston. And you have already 2 side wedges.

-Check out for the grippy wheels - your bot will be faster with no extra power drain from your motors.

-DSL bars aren't the best for pure protection as you used them on the top of your bot.

-Maybe make the wedges closer.

No, its a re-skined overkill wedge thats 200k right there.. i was wrong about the weight it is 799.6 oh, the piston holding it on is a servo.. I needed to use it to put all the spikes on behind the wedge.

I'm nowhere finished with this bot... I just thought I'd take it out for a test spin with grog.. this is the results...

I'll have the official showcase of this bot later tonight..

If you look Way way off in the back you'll see whats left of grogs shell.. I tore off every weapon/henge before the top of his shell come off.. then he ran from me.. and since my battery was at 1/16th It took me 5 mins to catch up with him..

That said, in DSL like in Stock, you better stick with powerful 2WD rather than average 4WD.
