Very nice use of half plates. It reminds me of Chompalot when the flipper's down, with the cutting tooth on top.

Top left looks like some kind of crustacean. I reckon if you arched the "spine" a bit more, that would look epic. A good skin to go with it, and that would look amazing. =D

Flat one at the side looks quite interesting, what's it intended to do?

I love the little spines and tails and such you give your robots, it gives them an anthropomorphic feel. As if they are actually living creatures. I reckon it might look better if you used slightly smaller wheels, so they didn't stick out of the top so much, though. But great work otherwise.
