With regards to armour, Naryar's DSL tutorial lists Plastic 5 as a good armour choice, Titanium 5 as an excellent choice, and Aluminium 5 as a very poor choice, so with this in mind I would stick to Plastic 5 unless you can get it up to Titanium 5.

This is probably my favourite robot of yours to date, my only complaints are the halfsheets and the spike on the top, which I don't think fits with the design too well. Otherwise, looks good to me.

No 20 since helloface is buffing up the npc's by 15kg so technically it weighs 780

In regards to the bottom armour, you can flip a baseplate anchor upside down in the chassis then attach it to that.
Oh I'll be doing some banging.......

Why?
Anything attached directly to the caster is indestructible, that's why.

Do you really need a dual perm though? You could probably go with a 4-mag or even a 2-mag and still be spinning that thing pretty fast. Also I agree with Chickenado, your beater setup looks dumb.

A) yes cause it sends things flying and I love it
B) that was an after thought of the last crankshaft, I played around with the beater setup and found it needed to be lower to hit lower targets

i think the dual perm is a good choice he could mow through other bots

also it probably helps but it takes away from the look of the bot
if you really need to hit lower targets use skirts on your bot
