You can always attach half sheets at the base, and a good drive for a uhw would be E-tek drive with technos, but for a HS, i think you're good.

Nah I've given it more npcs, it needed that speed, now I have 90 kg left

Just slope the chassis all around, the weapon shouldn't cut then.
