Pretty cool. Can you kill anything though? May want to add a few spikes on the front there, for the finishing blow.

It gets about 20 seconds of fire, and then it runs out. I was thinking of putting the disc so it goes: spike, flamethrower, spike, flamethrower, spike, etc.

That's awesome.  Nearly useless, but awesome.

I think if you replaced some of those flamethrowers with spikes and trimmed the chassis and drive (and probably armor, I can't imagine where else all the weight would be unless those air tanks are stacked), you could get it down to a MW.  Then it might actually be somewhat battle-worthy.

Cheaty tip:  if you wire the flamethrowers with an analog and hold down the button, they will keep firing at full power even if you run out of air, until you let go of the button.

They are were wired to an analog control. Here is Ring of Fire 2, a combat worthy bot.

Edit: When I took the inside pic, I hadn't set the armor yet. I ended up setting it to 3mm Aluminum.

Don't all comment on Ring of Fire 2 at once. Here is the luckiest bot in the world. It has fought in 3 tournaments(in game) and never lost. Including battles against Vengeance, and Lock Nut in the cave arena. It also beat Red Alert, Lock Nut, and Insanity in the DSL Tournament Arena, and Ripblade 2, Slashback, and Devil 2 at the same time in the Half Circle Arena. The Ant battery is actually 10 that are stacked into one.

Ring of Fire looks awesome and original! However, I think you should take Clickbeetles advice and try to make it a MW. Actually, save that design, but try to build a MW version. Hint: use less air tanks. Slayer looks less exiting, but if you've won a lot of tournaments with it, i guess it's pretty good. ;)
im just waiting for meganerdbomb to come along and kick things into gear.

The design accidentaly got deleted, but I am doing a rebuild with less airtanks to make it a middleweight.

Here is probably the best DSL bot I have built so far. It is called Soul Eater 4, and if you can't see, it is a Perm 80 EL powering the blades.

Except for M.O.E. and Tornado Mer, it can beat any bot in the game.

Edit: It can't beat Pon2n either (it can't reach it)

That's a nice flipper/VS combo.  But on a HW, you really want a Perm 132 powering the weapon.  Maybe you could use 2 Snappers for the flippers instead of 4 to get the weight.

Soul Eaters 1 and 2 just had 6 snappers, Soul Eater 3 had MOE blades, and then this one had the Fluffy blades.  The weapon is strong enough to deliver constant 600+ hits. I might try it though.

Also, I have Starcore now.
