Looks better. How good are the wedges?

Untested, downloading Nar.AI as we speak. Which bots have good wedges to test against?

Team Despair has a couple of good MWs to test against.

Total rebuild by ignoring all of you and listening to a friend on Skype =P

With a that setup, and that name, it's ty. And ty's popups are known for their amazingness

HEY GUYS

Turns out it has AGOD (which you see by the weird wedges on the first picture)

So I'm just doing some things to get rid of it.

The comment Nary made somewhere else in the forum was right (about me not being useful or something to do with my posting level), and it made me sadface. So I thought I'd be useful for once. So I've built a LW (shock horror) and a poker (even moar shock horror).

But, there is one problem (as per usual with my bots), it sucks cheese.

I present Deep Impact. It's so good, it can't even drive straight. Titanium 1, regular NPCs, about 247 kgs, 2 ants and a large airtank.

...and I didn't fix the AGOD problem. Woo.

Too much extender work there. Also the beaters touch the ground.

Make a flatter weapon rack, and use larger beaters.

May want to rotate the wheels and see if it fixes anything. Is the chassis minimum height ?

DP. I really wanted to do something useful with this design, so I've made a MW now.

I present Deeper Impact. It's Ti 1, has 12 small bbs and ds teeth, is invertible and has regular NPCs.

It has a great and (thankfully) AGOD-free wedge. It can other people's wedges out rather quickly. Drawbacks? It's straight-line and turning speed is slow.

Have you tried skirts for wedges?
That should give you enough weight for hypnos.

I'd maybe lighten up your wedges and go for a heavy plow and hypnos.
Any comments would be appreciated. :D

I went back to the bot to replace the wedges and after I put 120cm alu sheets on... AGOD. So I exported/imported. That didn't work, so I did this:

>Delete all wedges and wheels, including motors
>Pause
>Attach both metal hinges and skirts
>Garage
>Unpause
>Back
>Didn't work
>Repeat 10 times
>This photo

Is there nothing else I can do?

DP. Kind of tried it. Removed the piston and tried again multiple times. Every time it failed.

Will rebuilding the entire bot help?

Just give it a single steel 80 cm angled wedge or something on one side, that should make any AGOD irrelavent and keep a wide wedge setup.
