It's cool looking, but it doesn't looks like a good counter to HS. In fact I think it would be a better counter to rammers.

Design is to counter IRL spinners by using their kinetic energy to power its own disc whilst also dissipating the force. It also provides all-round chassis protection that most rammers lack.

How can it be free spinning if the wheels cut through the disk?
Any comments would be appreciated. :D

It's an unpowered Ring Spinner, which is an IRL design that has to be made this way in RA2. An axle mount is used instead of a motor, which allows for more powerful drive to be fitted, and less weight required to be spent on batteries.

Looks nice. Can we have a peek at the "wheels"? They're a bit too obscured for me by the dsl bar

Looks very nice indeed. And it is stable enough, it doesn't start gyro dancing like Freezerburn did?

Man... that puts my SHW to shame, at least in aesthetics. Very nicely done.

Thanks guys!
@NFX It doesn't gyro dance as such. But it acts like a gyroscope if it is flipped over or onto its side.

Very nice indeed. That sometimes happens on circular chassis's, though. You could try adding it as a decal if you wanted to.
