What this idea is, is a way to have a holonomic drivetrain in RA2

I think click's method was different because he had another set of wheels that were attached to the chassis.

Wire the metal hinges to a button and then press button for results. It also works for skirt hinges too.

Yeah, though you don't want to leave it pressed or else they'll spin freely and could end up inside the chassis.
