You can make it a bit more compact, and you can definitely do better with the skin. Not sure you need two DSL discs on the wheels, just one should do fine. As for batteries, I think two Battlepacks is actually just enough for four motors, so you're fine there.Quote from: Sickle robotics on January 06, 2019, 10:09:26 PMSpinny boi. [ Quoting of attachment images from other messages is not allowed ] Are the extenders in the middle just to support the weapon and/or hold the eyes on? You could probably optimise those to save some weight (not to mention the empty space at the sides), and then try and put some more armour on the front.Quote from: Sickle robotics on January 07, 2019, 11:23:36 AM"You've been thunderstruck!" [ Quoting of attachment images from other messages is not allowed ] That's a pretty nifty chassis design, but as others have pointed out, it looks quite exposed and vulnerable to horizontal spinners. As much as I love Colsons, I actually agree with Redalert on this one: swap the wheels for something lighter and grippier, like the DSL wheels. You also have the space and weight to upgrade to the Storm front-hinge bursts for even more power. I have to say, though, this is possibly your best-looking bot so far. It just needs bulking up to meet the weight limit and not get massacred by HSes.
The extenders in the middle hold the eyes on.
With Superbot, yeah I agree...
