First of all you are going to want a halfsheet or something covering the bottom. I also see no point in using mags with technos. I would personally just enlarge the chassis and put on some type of NPC with vlads or grannies. And finally, your weapon set ups seem pretty horrible.

>prototype

...What are you even trying to do? Both of those are just really messy.

To do a half crawler, you want to flip it around so the weapons cover the chassis and the wheels are out back on extenders.  Regular NPCs are the motor to use here for their 12000 HP.

...To be honest I'm not even sure if a half crawler would be good, but that's how I would build one.

tbh halfcrawlers are pretty much on the ghey side of the spectrum but I told myself "hey a half crawler hybrid it'll definitely be unique and interesting, let's go with it" and I said ok.

also they are not messy, it's just that the motors are poorly set up.

and click about that... yeah the original half crawler that I did indeed had the chassis protected and extenders outside but if he loses ONE motor he's doomed because of the Mutations controlled movement rules.

But yea it definitely is a half-crawler.

let's be honest what are the chances that i'm ever going to win anyways

so if i'm not gonna win might as well be the one guy who did something different

Use a heavy plow instead of all those dsl bars and put technos on. I would also drop the sledge hammers and use beater bars instead of alum extenders then to hold razors. I also think it would be a good idea to use a DSL bar or beater bars in the place of the flipper makers. What kind of armour do you have on it atm?

What burst motors are you using? Don't tell me you're using mag snappers...
How you make Alarm Clock Pizza is:
Step 1: You buy an alarm clock from the store, and then you have to break it and put it in the sauce.
Step 2: Fold the sauce in 5 slices and put it in the dough.
Step 3: Paint the eggs with a pitcher of a clock showing what time you want to wake up and eat pizza for breakfast.
Step 4: Put the eggs in the dough.
Step 5: Make it flat into a round shape and draw the time you want on it.
Step 6: Put some old steel to prevent other peple from stealing it.
Step 7: Make it flat and cut into 60 slices 1 for each minute in 1 our.
Step 8: Put in the oven set the timer to 30048813.2884 seconds and put the temperature on 'Volcano' setting.
Step 9: If you think it is take to long, then get yor alarm clock and set it to now so that it will ring and you can take it out.
Step 10: Take it out uv the uvin wen it is redy and go to bed. In the morning eat pizza and also eat yor hands bi mistake.

After the recent update on the battlebox, it appears that multibots in a bb tourney have been made a reality

i was saving these two for whatever may come my way, and i just might enter the next battlebots with them (i like to plan ahead) if mass decides to go with "combined weight must not exceed 800" instead of each robot must be under 400

I think if you had Mantis as a horizontal spinner like it was at the beginning of your showcase your clusterbot as a whole would be much better.

I agree, the weapon synergy here is pretty bad - the VS is a weapon that needs a very specific position for a payoff, while the pusher/rammer just moves everything around, possibly messing up a hit for the VS. (Also those spike strips are really bugging me as a vs weapon)
