Giant boxing robots would be fun. Terribly difficult to build, but fun.

Three arms, it's arm setup means it has a rather short reach advantage

I'm assuming that's a Standard heavyweight. If it is, that's really not anywhere near enough weaponry. You could easily just use 1 flail on each edge and massively increase the amount of weaponry.
If it's IRL, well, I'm not sure I'd accept it personally. Too many flails. Must be a havokbomb too.

nah it's fine

the flails cancel out the flails

wanted to try some tentacle-ish sort of weapon setup

and yea it's hw 80 kg underweight but still a heavyweight

First of all you are going to want a halfsheet or something covering the bottom. I also see no point in using mags with technos. I would personally just enlarge the chassis and put on some type of NPC with vlads or grannies. And finally, your weapon set ups seem pretty horrible.
