Are those the best discs you could put on there?
A bigger VS is nearly always better than a small one anyway...
Rotate the wheels a bit. If it doesn't work, retry.
by the looks of it, you should be able to drive it straight when its controlled. if its only doing that when its ai'd, odds are that you probably failed with the ai. "turn" is how far your robot turns, while "turnSPEED" is how fast it turns. try lowering the turn to 60 50 or 40 (60 tends to work), and 2 or 2.5 should be a good turnspeed.
