Well I will say that a general FS needs at least 200kg worth of weapons to be effective, especially one that intends to fight on top.

Those shell panels are going to be knocked off easily, even at MW level
Weapon wise though, you seem to have an unhappy marriage between a VS and a drum there.
If you are trying to make a drum here, you'd be better off with a wider weapon area so it can "grind" better, if you wanted to make this a VS, you should give the weapons a larger radius, if you did that you wouldn't need to worry about invertability anyway.
