I also thought about that, but I went for similar speed rather than similar size. And I built this in less than 3 minutes, and surprisingly went under the limit (which I used plastic 5 to max it).

IT NEARLY KO'D PAPER CUT 5! :O

I should probably dedicate a NAR AI team to downsizing awesome designs, like this:

Subversion. 1mm tite, 3 ants, 13 razors on a medium VDMA on a small servo.

Unfortunately, it fails against flails and even sledge SnSes. And the piston's too powerful it takes several tries for it to successfully self-right.

Yeah, I was kinda disappointed by Ronin's very exposed top, so I tried building my own side popup.

And despite having the arms pop outwards, it's just as (un)realistic as HnM 4. The razors don't slice the batts, I checked. :P

I was initially planning for 3 razors each, but I had exactly 20kg free. And I'm too lazy to think of a self-righting mechanism so I just added 2 more razors. XD

Self-righting mechanism should be 1 of the bursts unless the razors on that burst break, then change it for the other burst.

But that would need a py.

Minor update to Mirror Matter (probably CC4 entry):

Instead of using slims and rear stabilizer work, I just use the Mags' shape to double as stabilizers as well. A tad wedgier, but I still have to find a more durable (damage is not my priority here) weapon setup.

What do you suggest for more durable weapons? Clubs are the only ones I could think of. I couldn't even use 2 SirK drills (overweight by 3.4kgs). >.<

Heavy beaters and small DS teeth ? Or just spam razors?

Also, NPCs + rubbers is better than TWM3Rs + hypnos. I think.

I tried these, and it failed. Losing the teeth means a ruined wedge. Same thing for razors.

As if I'm aiming to beat you. I just want to enter a VS into every Clash Cubes, unless the same weight class comes up again (in which I might enter popups instead).

which is why you have your own team in CCAI 2

honestly I like seeing you go for the interesting designs, your Cubic VS's always look good
