I would say take the back stabilizers and make them plastic, make the front wedges aluminum, and remove the top beater bars on the wedge plates. Take that weight and see what you can do with it. If you really need to, I would say switch the beater bars on the weapon bar (some or all) and switch them to normal extenders.
Use the weight either for some kind of static srimech, one attached to the piston, or in the worst case scenario, just a dedicated srimech.

Rebuilt some unshowcased Nightmare clone I had a while back:

3mm tite, regular NPCs, and a tite sheet with some alu sheets under for armor. Still as worthless as the old Mikado (well, not really. But you get the point :P). Mostly rebuilt for looks, but it's still a threat against most wedges.

This bot was built more for looks, so yeah. I can use a Robot X Sai, but it just doesn't feel right. XD

Hopefully, my rebuild of my Aquarius rebuild ('sup dawg...) will be done in a couple of hours. :D

WOULD have been good (wedges are as terrible as Aquarius 3), but it sure looks better. And I still need to find a better srimech. The JX small rarely helps (yeah, I'll use the large one later XD). >:E

The DS teeth are there since shell rip the panel off too easily, and I had no idea what to do for active side defense so I used Vlad flippers.
