Try to get ride of the 2 frount motors it'l free up some more wait for weapons, then try using multi extenders instead of base plate ones.

Never EVER use 4wd on a lightweight. It doesn't need it.

Multi-extenders are the black ones with red stripes. They can attach to the baseplate.

And they are awesome as a general rule

4WD on a LW, as somebody said, is not needed excepted if you really are building for lulz and/or want the bot to fail (see Roly Poly)

You're taking the wrong approach... you should decide what type it's going to be, and THEN make a chassis. Otherwise you might not be able to fit all the stuff in that you want, and if you do, there's likely to be wasted leftover space.

But that chassis looks like a popup if I've ever seen one.
