In addition to the previous advice, who uses a hollow disc on the top? You either use armored or solid discs.

Many successful shell spinners have used the lighter hollow discs in exchange for more weapons.

This is pretty much backed up by the fact that the majority, if not all, of the most built bot types in standard DSL don't really have a way of hitting the top.

no the drive is not fine, you need npc/npc fasts atleast. see if you can get either a dual perm or a 6mag for the weapon motor (maybe outside of the chassis)

then get a twm2 or npc for the drive, slimbodies are nowhere near enough

although i can see your effort in trying to become a good dsl builder flail shell spinners have been done to death and there's pretty much nothing interesting or new that can be added to the design so i dont know what youre trying to prove

And the only one that hosts tournaments using NAR AI is Naryar. The point is moot.

Looks better to me, maybe you could try adding some larger/extra drum axle supports just to give it a little more substance if you know what I mean? Like getting a diagonal one going down behind the one you currently have would look pretty good. You'd easily have the weight if you changed armour and, if you need to, take an ant out (and as per usual advice use the blue control board :D).

the chassis wedge is good for a chassis wedge, the drum then hits the other robot once i am underneath.
