Not exceptionally original (I don't build a lot these days because Dwarf Fortress is too awesome), but something that might be NAR AI v2.3's Coal Miner

6 ants, 5mm steel. Used 2WD for efficiency (2WD Etek + overkills = faster than 4WD NPC Fast with tornados, consumes less energy for roughly the same weight) and came back to the single FS design (also attempting to make that design good with wedges)

Now to see if it fights well or not...

That's ust 6 ants, 5 multi's and a control board... and empty space.

Anyways it does seem to be in equal terms with the old ICM, and it is average as i suspected :P

Now to replace it or not...

I honestly would prefer if you switch back to the weapon setup used on the original ICM.  The top disk(s) could not only deal damage as well as trap opponents, and it looks cooler.

Use the WBC wheels. They're 3 kg lighter and more grippy.
Avoid the beam and you won't get hit!

Managed to got rid of builders block yesterday so here's the second bot i built

Metallic Devourer, 4 ants (no really), 1mm plastic. The point was to make a drum with the weapon protecting the chassis.

Planned entry for STC's tourney but just by looking at it I bet it fails so i most likely won't enter it.

I just don't have the weight to make it good :( I'll get a HW version done.

I've made  drum with the chassis inside also. *Heads over to showcase it*
Better than GK since 2009.
I think SM is a pretty cool guy, eh builds unicycle-bots and doesn't afraid of anything

Does this bot really need a wedge?
