Not so much hobbles as rockets around the arena at absurd speeds.

This is probably a more appropriate weapon system for the way the drive behaves-

Is it controllable at all? I've heard of using pistons as drive, but I could never get it to work for myself. I'm wondering if it's at all possible to get it to direct itself at the opponent.

I've seen a bot that uses pistons for drive... 4 in the chassis.... it creeps around the arena with the piston's recoil, and can even turn.

Great name also.

Won't be doing much bot building the next few days. BBots starts tomorrow and ends Friday.

Did do another round of the LW tourney with Fisticuffs winning, beating Organ Grinder 2, Organ Grinder, Walkway To Oblivion, Seven Year Itch and Sawz-All 2.

Power Mad(winner of 1st tourney) lost in round 1 to Closer.

Organ Grinder 2 beat Closer, Box of Rocks, Infected Piercing and Twisted.

Built a new HW beater bar bot. Seems decently effective, but the hinged wedges keep dropping below ground level.

I like the top bot. It looks original. I'm assuming the bot climbs the wedges and the side bars keep it inside while the disc gut rips?

It's fairly stable, but since I used the smaller perms it doesn't really have the power for quick killing blows.

Is the similarity to the name of a certain Nintendo fighting game franchise intentional or accidental? There's only one problem: I can't figure out how the @#$% it works!
