Some new bots, MW and HW. Had to do some non-realistic things to simulate something that can be done realistically on the HW.

DSL wheels aren't very grippy, go for Tornados, Vlads, or Hypnos.

They are as grippy as Tornado's and Vlad's, and he won't be able to put on Hypnos on these.

I suggest Slipperbottoms for the drum (that i like) and Vlads for the first one.

it spins CCW, so when it's at rest it spins like a normal VS, (ie, upward rotation).

Here's a bunch of the LW's I've made while testing stuff out for BBEANS6. Enjoy.

https://gametechmods.com/uploads/files/LWs.rar

Bots included are Closer, Downward Spiral, Drunk in Public, Fisticuffs, Hellbound, Heresy, L Diablo, Malpractice, Mosh Pit Hero, Omega Omega Tango Alpha, Organ Grinder, Power Mad, Ramsey, Sawz All, Sawz All 2, Seven Year Itch, Slapshot, Stung, Sunburst, The Wretched, Twisted and Voodoo.

They've all been showcased in some form in this thread, some are great, some suck.

QFT. Skins are nearly worthless IMO
Bots are:
99% Fight
.8% Aestheticness of components
.2% Skin
I built that big robot on that TV show that time

The flamer bot is cool but sorta needs a damaging weapon for finishing the opponent off (unless you're counting on the hazards to do that, which with a 35kg plow might be a feasible strategy).

I would trade that plow on the HS for some weapon motor protection; those Magmotors don't have much HP.  Possibly wheel protection as well since front-oriented HS's tend to twist to the side a lot.

The rammer looks like a juggernaut.  Slow, but the only way it will be beaten is with a wedge (or a Bisector... hehe).

Man you have so many good LW's, how are you ever going to choose one for BBEANS?

The flamer is really cool and can win by WBP, no need for hazards.

The two others however = bleh

Yeah, at this point I'm mostly just trying whatever idea pops into my head. The flamethrower bot is very effective, and does have some spikes on the back, though AI-ing it to spin around late in the match and go for the chassis might be tough.

More bot packs will happen whenever I feel like it.

Update to the flamethrower bot-

If I could get an AI that'd have it use the flamethrower till the opponents chassis is toast, then switch to thwack mode, it'd be very competitive.

This is doable.  The biggest challenge (for me) would be getting the opponent's health so the AI knows when to switch tactics, but I know this has been done before.
