The DSL disc with 4 ap?

Correct. Having built and rebuilt Circle of Thorns (my MW FSS), I would say that the ideal motors are either the E-tech or the Tornado Mer gearbox (depending on how many weapons you want). The problem with the Tornado motor is that it is incredibly difficult to mount externally, meaning you have to put it inside the chassis, meaning you have to have a big chassis. A large chassis weighs more and is harder to protect. I build my FSS with an E-tech, and can get 16 flail and 2 static razors with bottom protection.

So, if you want advice designed to max out its efficiency, I would recommend changing your motor to an E-tech, shrinking your chassis, getting a Medium2 DSL disk for bottom protection, and going one-wheeled Melty Brain for drive.
Any comments would be appreciated. :D

I see. I thought you wanted the DSL disc as the one that spun. I understand now. I'll change that now.

Very nice. Could you use a inverted baseplate anchor to mount the dsl disc and then mount the etek directly onto the disc?

Mount the e-tek onto the disk and see if you can get another battery, 1 isn't enough.

I'm sure the 4kg cb will fit in somewhere aswell

It's gone 3 min matches. Wouldn't I need a bigger underside disc if I was to mount the E-tek on it? It would also be harder to do that if I use a baseplate anchor.

Don't. Even if a popup manages to take off your bottom armor, you still have a chance to win if your weapons are still online. Attaching the E-tech to the disk would mean you lose everything...

But what difference would it make, the chassis doesn't touch the ground and the chassis will keep on spinning, maybe making it immobilized if the spin isnt strong enough to move it.

And if the disk comes off then it's one hit on your chassis and your dead. Plus you really need another ant.

Patriotism:  Great!

Angered Mystery:  Great except the wedge is a little steep and METAL HINGE WEDGES  :rage

Garrison:  VS?  If so needs a slot painted on the chassis for maximum realism.  Otherwise looks good.

Sound:  Looks good but... somehow looks more standard DSL than IRL.  It's not unrealistic at all but doesn't really look like something you would actually see in real life.  Might look better with only one hammer.  And less big flimsy wheel guards (although it has to be said they do look cool).

Glad you like them. I knew people would get mad at the wedges on AM2, but it needed some kind of wedge or it wouldn't get under anything. Axles glitched through the floor and the other one would send the bot fling when it hit the wall. I'll repaint garrison and take the large wheel guards of noise. I want to keep the 2 hammers though.

Patriot is the same.

AM2 has smaller wheels for more wedgey-ness and heavier armor. Will be beaten by someone without a soul:

Garrison wedges are gone for more of the spirit:

Sound has smaller wheel guards and a medium beater bar at the end of each hammer:

AM2 looks quite good. If you could get the cutting teeth closer to the edges of the chassis, that'd look even more awesome.

Garrison looks a little bit messy, I think. Try lining up the weapons in a row, that might look a bit better than the staggered arrangement you have at the moment.

Sound looks awesome as well. Why the skirts out the back, though?

Garrison's blades are staggard to get more hits and Sound has the back skirts as stablelizers.
