(Image removed from quote.)

In Paint.NET, there's something called "Curves", where you can change the amount of hue a certain image has, depending on its value (Hue, Saturation, Value). If you find that in GIMP, make sure to select only the green curve, then drag the central point all the way down to the bottom right-hand corner, you should sap all the green out of it, leaving only red and blue. i.e., purple.

Hopefully this helps. =)

ignore the frenchman above me, hes uneducated about how batteries work irl

the only thing i can think of to inprove this bot is to have the back bar flush with the side bars, maybe through the use of a skirt hinge, but thats just nickpicking. it looks good apart from that
How you make Alarm Clock Pizza is:
Step 1: You buy an alarm clock from the store, and then you have to break it and put it in the sauce.
Step 2: Fold the sauce in 5 slices and put it in the dough.
Step 3: Paint the eggs with a pitcher of a clock showing what time you want to wake up and eat pizza for breakfast.
Step 4: Put the eggs in the dough.
Step 5: Make it flat into a round shape and draw the time you want on it.
Step 6: Put some old steel to prevent other peple from stealing it.
Step 7: Make it flat and cut into 60 slices 1 for each minute in 1 our.
Step 8: Put in the oven set the timer to 30048813.2884 seconds and put the temperature on 'Volcano' setting.
Step 9: If you think it is take to long, then get yor alarm clock and set it to now so that it will ring and you can take it out.
Step 10: Take it out uv the uvin wen it is redy and go to bed. In the morning eat pizza and also eat yor hands bi mistake.

Every time I try, it just changes the black parts and the white stays.

That's you moving the curves the wrong way. Try moving the midpoint to the top left instead of the bottom right. Experiment with them, and I'm sure you'll get what you're wanting sooner or later.

(Doing this from memory, this computer doesn't have GIMP on it.)
Open it up and go layers>transparency>colour to alpha, select white. You should just be left with the lettering.
Next, go to colours and brightness/hue/saturation/whichever one lets you change the saturation, hue and brightness in one window. Play around with the saturation and brightness until it's a light shade of grey, then change the hue.

My memory is terrible, but I think it's something like that.

MINE IS STILL BETTER BECAUSE THE FLIPPER DOESN'T COVER UP THE SKIN

Would be better if the chassis wedge matches the flipper's slope, but that's just a minor issue. :P

to where you are now. i suppose practice does make perfect

I wish I could match angles but that's been an issue with me building IRL since the beginning.

Clever. I like that.

I'm not fond of the wedge though. would be nice if it was something other than a sheet that looked more wedge-like.

Also, some teeth on the ends of those DSL bar-guards on the side of the wheels would spiffy it up a little. (I think.)

Why a wedge on a HS ? Not sure if it's useful, considering the counter-torque.
