Lawl I started this trend really.
It looks too thin and the chassis wedges look too long. If you look at may RIW3 bot, it has the chassis wedges angled slightly outwards from the main body. That should get you enough width without wasting weight on widening the whole chassis.
I'd also try and angle the weapons on each hex plate slightly upwards (on the top plates by using the side attachment point on the side of the beater bar) as it means the light DS tooth would be making contact instead of the beater, dealing more damage.

Thing is, I'm trying not to klone here. And the way the beaters are set up on the flatbed part maximises the surface in contact- at the moment the beaters and the ds teeth hit the underside at the same time, the other way only the ds teeth hit. However, thats logical, so it probably doesn't apply.

To be fair I don't know why I didn't think of using weapons to feed into the flatbed part beforehand. And I've been building jugglers for 2 years.

This'll probably sound silly but I really like the pattern of the beater bars. The wheel placement/ chassis design is cool too.

And therein lies my problem. So I decided to experiment with other potential juggler designs.

Plastic 5, 4 ants, NPC-F, Dual-mags, and possibly the coolest juggler setup I've ever built. Doesn't like to leave things go, either. Comes with halfsheet bottom protection, and shell panels for the front and back. Not that much will get there until the rest of the bot is shredded.

AGOD can go die.

Uses a shallower angle and lower stance to make gut ripping easier, a longer wedge to accomodate, and faster drive while sacrificing large beater bars for medium ones. The discs also spin the opposite way to what you would expect.

I found it seems to gut rip faster that way. It works a bit like a shark tooth- it seems to do more damage when the other bot tries to move away, so I help it along a bit. The drive is sufficient to keep it under the other bot. In practice- if it doesn't do as well while AI'd, I'll make them spin the other way :P

Rather Large Mouse 2- adapted for HW. 14 ants, NPCF, everything else you can see. And yes, that is Al 3. What are you gonna do about it?
