Because we've probably centered in on the most efficient SnS design, and everyone seems to copy it. There was that one Pwnator made a while back that was also a rammer. And Ion, that's a sort of SnS.

You could call it House of Cards, perhaps.

Version 1, npcf, perm 80s, plastic 3, 6 ants.

Version 2, npcf, perm 132s, plastic 3, 5 ants.

I want this chassis shape. But I also want a more realistic 4WD system. But with NPCF. Eugh. Also still coming up with a name

You could have the NPC's sticking out under the Dual Perms a little bit, with the wheels contained in those long, pointed side bits of the chassis. I might try to even out the distance between the Perms and the chassis, perhaps turning the flipper segments sideways would work. That way it would be the same either way.

Gave up on that one, due to me being too lazy to figure out how to AI it. Presenting prototype number 2, El Destripador..

Main problem is that it feels more like a subpar DSL bot. And it was a bloody Nightmare (hehe) to get those wheels in a decent place, and the motors seem far too exposed. x.x

I didn't know MOE motors were that powerful :o

Also, need help with this one- whether to give up on IRL totally, or what to do with the extra 200kg left.

4WD npcf, moe motors, stuff..

Add some extender work to look like axle supports, that'll eat up some weight. Maybe add some extra small bits on the DSL bars, that'll eat up weight and stop it getting stranded. If all else fails, you could just add some more batteries, or upgrade the armour.

Nope, just checked. However, they are not moe motors...perm 80 EL. Bah, I don't use cheatbot2 enough.
