Nah, I did that with perfectly straight techno's earlier, and the weapons hit the ground. I could just angle the poly extenders, I guss. Though they need to be replaced with something stronger..

I know what you're trying to go for there with the weapon setup (having done the same thing, but with razorz, before) but I don't think the collision mesh of the light ds teeth and the beaters will hit at the same time, and if ground clearance is a problem, it'd be easier to have it angled up more, but with the more traditional light ds teeth beater bar setup.

Looks interesting there. I don't like the angled wheels quite so much, but I guess they're slightly necessary. Would straight NPC's and Hypnos work or something?

Invertibility ;P

Its slightly different now, though. Changed all the beaters to medium which saved me about 40kg (!). No loss in DP, but less weapon hp is a little nyeh, though it has slightly more reach now (teeth mounted on the ends). The polys changed to discs, the steel skirts are shallower, the side panel now has a disc and a 80cm tite skirt for even more bottom protection (Take that, popups!). Plastic 5 too. I'll pop a pic in tomorrow morning.

Double Postyness

This started out as a concept. I'm trying to find ways to use pole spikes and pointy tips effectively. Unfortunately, this design means that the DS teeth do more KOing that the pole spikes. I have only tested it once though...

NPCF, 4 ants, Plastic 5, perm 132s. 798ish

Rammer next...

That has to be one of the steepest wedges i've ever seen.

Well, it's certainly different. Is the T-Minus arm not a little bit too steep, though?

'Tis.

With this bot, its either box rush and gut rip, or push around into walls until it lands on your discs. :P

I could probably improve on it, but I'm too lazy.

I made a pole spike rammer just now. It failed, as it was struck to the ground....

Me and Marty were debating trying to use them more... evidently he got bored enough to actually try it :P I love the look of the juggler anyhow, even if the wedge is steep.

The top one is 397.5, plastic 5. The second is 798.blargh, plast 5....i think. All have the right amount of batteries. Slight intersection on the razors and batteries in the vs though, but some axle loading would fix that.

Also, might make a poker with axe heads/pole spikes soon :P

Yay, bumps.

Probable clone is probable. Started out life as a BW undercutter (preparing for RA2 trials whenever it comes through :P), but it failed, so I turned it into this. Plastic 5, 2 ants, astro. And yes, that is its name (Needs a skin to match).

Someone needs to make a normals only tournament, banning rammers and popups. :P
