Doesn't it state that If you can weld two components (such as razors) together in real life in such a manner that it is legal?

It hasn't havoked yet. But I cant make it any wider without it being a BW. Oh, just tested it, it doesn't actually move except for spin in a circle...

Use a dsl disc for wheels, and a drum instead of the disc you have at the moment.
