That is a very bizarre robot, what does it actually do? Is it a side flipper, like Lightning?

I would suggest shrinking the chassis, making it a regular flipper, and have two hinges on the front with angled side panels, facing inward. Attach one, fire the beta motor, then attach the other one to avoid collisions between them.

It obviously is a side flipper.

Where - mainly on the arm, but the chassis as well. You should have more than enough weight on a HW flipper with just one Beta and NPCF/Techno drive for armor.

Wavvak!

Here is Omnivore 2 (Or Nom-nivore)

Notes:

Armour... Tit 10 (Kept the steel texture though0

Wins:
Grog (Flipped it and axed it it's belly to a KO)
SS (2 blows to dislodge the flippers, a few more to KO)
Eye Poker (Axed the chassis within the first minute)
Critical EMERGENCY (Flipped OOTA)

S3 wheels are rubbish
Tit 10 is overkill, Plastic 10 should be max
Needs a beta
Use bsgs instead of mags
Build to the weight limit

OK
Tried to fill weight
I'll try to fit one in
BSGs wouldn't fit there I needed them to be
What else to add?

I like the design. A few things of improving the bot: I would lower the chasis (but I don't know if it will effect the flipping arm) and I would also get a bigger weaponon the hammer. I would use vlads or hypnos for wheels.

Most hammer/flipper hybrids like these fail at fighting tbh. Look at cranky spanky.

Bigger Brother!!

Although...

I do have a Havok 9 in the making.
Currently it consists of a chassis, NPCF drive, Hypnos, Beta with a titanium plate, and an E-Tek spinning thing, cant decide what to make spin though!

I would already lose the E-Tek, and maybe have a spike rack on the top to act like a wammer, like Critical EMERGENCY.

Seems a bit self-contradictory. A drum's main way of attacking is to hold bots to grind, and flipping them off doesn't help that. But I have built bots like this before and having the weapon really helps.
I built that big robot on that TV show that time

To be fair, the space management is quite good. Though I do think you might have gone a bit overboard with the batts. Upgrade the drive (possibly make it 4WD if you can, lose the perms, and have a static weapon rack instead of the drum. And use Hypnos instead of Minis.
