ALRIGHT this is my first post and i couldnt wait to put on screen my best creation so far, very simple yet effective monster :P
created with dsl 2.1 parts, specially designed to destroy GammarazeIII, if driven well, it cant lose to gammarazeIII, well here is DOOM BRINGER
it suffered lots of changes in a single year, so far this is the least mean but most effective design!

intestines here..

i've made a lot of bots but this is the first that i made that managed to defeat gammarazeIII wich i consider my ultimate enemy.
i'll keep updating this baby since it has a problem, due to all the spikes on the drumms, it floats when turning making it extremely difficult to maneuver.. its like the drumms counter its weight making it quirky and difficult to turn and accelerate without losing touch on the floor.. will work on that eventually and come up with an update on this post.
aaand ok sorry i thought it was stock as no unrealistic bots like those with spikes inside spikes, over weighted impossible bots and all that :P
anyway.. if anyone can move this i'd appreciate it! :) thnx and sorry!

Looks pretty sweet for a first bot. Can we see a screenie of the insides?
Welcome to the forums btw :D

What do you mean the least mean ?
Anyway, pretty promising, but read this first as a tutorial/guide : https://gametechmods.com/forums/index.php?topic=5739.0 (https://gametechmods.com/forums/index.php?topic=5739.0)
And finally, please just make 1 showcase for DSL, and 1 showcase for Stock.
-
Yeah I just noticed you put this in the wrong section :P Stock is for the original game without any mods.
Also I like how it has an actual skin. Most first bots aren't that pretty.

i made this bot very agressive looking before, with a couple of discs with spiked balls around, but this gave a lot more damage (and the losing grip problem making it difficult to maneuver with)
-
I rather like it.

Looking at the insides...
-You only need 5 ant batteries to power the bot. Due to a glitch in RA2, all spin motors can run off the power of one ant.
-You can use multi-extenders to mount your external motors, saving weight and space.
-You have a very good choice for the drive. Are those regular NPCs or fast ones?
-Also, how much does it weigh and what armor are you using?

didnt know about the batteries :)
probably, but i had scarce ideas ..
regular wheels, i wanted wheels with torque over speed, but found these the best, the fast one made the bot so fast it was uncontrollable :)
and weights 798 and uses aluminium 1 armor.
now im already making another version.
as you can see the wedge is for getting under bots, while the 2 front little motors are for helping the bot get under the enemy and keep them on my bot. and the damaging are the drums with sipikes (now testing giant saws) the point of the bot is to get under the oponent and damage its bottom. if it cant get under, it becomes helpless. so the wedges and the front motors are a must :D
-
You know if you made your front wedge shallower you probably wouldn't need the front clubs. But I like them anyway. I'd probably keep the drum, saws don't have a lot of HP.
-
This isn't stock....
-
We've already said that Ian.
-
Can Nary not move it?

Welcome to the forum!
I like what you did with the spiked clubs, but that and the teeth might block the drums. You may want to take a look at some other DSL showcases.
Also, your username is my irl name :D
