Static razors are fine.

After all, the triangle is flail pierce > concussion > static pierce > flail pierce, but nobody uses concussion Sheck Spinners nowadays.

Angle one razor upwards so it traps better.

The beater bar is probably of few use as well.

I agree with Nar about the razor angling, but I'd swap the beater bar for a Light DS Tooth, if you're wanting to cause damage with it.

Too lazy to hit up Google Translate, but I know 'Rai' means 'thunder', so it's either 'Thunder' or something related to it. :P

Also, skin's not cool enough. And why go for that setup when you can angle the Perm?

Yep, Raimei means Thunder.

I know. skin isn't cool...

I wanted it to be VS and... I think that's the best setup.
