Honestly, this feel like you're actively trying to make GF93's bot look bad. I'm not completely annoyed, yet here are a few things you can do to improve it for using MS paint to make texture:
1. Start with a simple skin you make in the game and use that for a template once you export it.
2. Make a higher resolution skin by raising the pixels to something like 1024x1024 (You can go higher, but I think this is enough). This way you can have more room to make a skin look good.
3. Try to restrain yourself from shrinking the textures that you want to apply so they don't look blurry unless it's almot the same size you need it to be.
4. Handpainting on a computer is harder than you think, especially if you use little room to work with. If you really want to though, try to make sure it doesn't look like something that it would look ugly. (Oh yeah I've tried and it didn't work so well in the end (Example:
Before/
After) So in a nuthell: Remember the KISS Rule
5. Find a couple pre-made images and experiment with what wold look cool in the end. While I mostly use them for sponsor images and flag decals, you can still find some images that would fit the motif you're going for. The text applies to this too.
If you look at the the above bot, you can see the suggestions I specified apply here. It's not perfect, but If you made the skin look good, you got the job done.
That's basically what I could recommend you to use to make MS paint skins look good. Hopes this helps. That or use a professional version of paint. No one's stopping you.
