Tips for your new bot:
1) Use the big blue control board (its lighter)
2) Don't use pointy tips, they have normals. This doesn't matter as much for a rammer, but I would still recommend razor tips, iron spikes, or hammers for rammers like yours.
3) Mud tyres aren't very grippy, you could use vlads, which are lighter, grippier, & would give a lower ground clearance.
4) The way you are attactching your spikes is unefficient (very heavy), use aluminium or titanium extenders
5) Use multi extenders (1kg lighter than baseplate anchors & they have more attactment points)
6) This only needs 4 ants (1 per spin motor), but personally, I would use 5 or 6 (its a rammer, so it needs to maintain full speed for as long as possible)
7) Minimise chasis space, like at the front of your bot, thats just wasting weight

Having said that, its good to see that you're building to the wieght limit (something a lot of GTM members don't do)

Looks good there

You could probably work that down to an effective middle-weight.
I do those awful YouTube videos.

great idea king mushroom, thanks
Edit: unfortunately he just gets trounced and thrown all over the place as a middleweight, so i took him back to heavyweight, however i have a lot of unused weight so ill go put some armour on him as i just realised he still has dsa
otherwise im considering putting a piston on the front. anyone think this is a good idea?

Jeez, calm down TX.

I think, if you're planning on keeping it as a HW, put some more weapons on the front would be a good plan. Even as a MW, it is considerably underweaponed.

Okay guys, don't bite at each other's necks. TX, that was totally uncalled for, Sparkey, don't join in with it.

Oh cool! This is actually the first time I've seen modular armor implemented correctly.

Actually, the terms Newb and Noob are very different. Newb simply refers to a newbie whilst N00b is derogatory.
And Sparkey simply corrected your spelling/grammar but used a CAPITAL.
Better than GK since 2009.

I would switch back to hex plates for wheelguards (or DSL bars), because the wide ramplates suck in DSL.

Looks good, but use Dsl Bars instead Wide Titanium thingys. Can we see insides, and the armour?

Yes, DSL Bars are good.
Mount the alum extenders side ways to attach 2 weapons to each one.

I found quick that if you hit a ram-plate right once, it just falls off.
Thats why my bots have wide parts at the back, to put the wheels in (now you know )
Also, I see a hex plate in the middle with no spike, intentional?

ill see what i can do about the armor
@mush the center hex plate is the master, which cannot have a spike mounted on it
Edit:I put some spinner shell plates on as armor, which will hopefully be sturdier and look really cool
And i made it 800 exactly! WooHoo!

One question, is it vulnerable to flipping itself upon contact with other robots?
