Only thing I'd change is attaching the NPC's directly to the chassis instead of having them on a multi extender.

I would try and shrink your chassis such that no part of it is sticking out beyond the half-sheet. I personally might have gone with a DSL Disk or Bar for top armor. And I second SKBT's advice of putting the NPCs onto the chassis directly, as the motors themselves have very little HP.
Any comments would be appreciated. :D

how easily can it gutrip/trap bots without a rpb-esque plow at the top ?
How you make Alarm Clock Pizza is:
Step 1: You buy an alarm clock from the store, and then you have to break it and put it in the sauce.
Step 2: Fold the sauce in 5 slices and put it in the dough.
Step 3: Paint the eggs with a pitcher of a clock showing what time you want to wake up and eat pizza for breakfast.
Step 4: Put the eggs in the dough.
Step 5: Make it flat into a round shape and draw the time you want on it.
Step 6: Put some old steel to prevent other peple from stealing it.
Step 7: Make it flat and cut into 60 slices 1 for each minute in 1 our.
Step 8: Put in the oven set the timer to 30048813.2884 seconds and put the temperature on 'Volcano' setting.
Step 9: If you think it is take to long, then get yor alarm clock and set it to now so that it will ring and you can take it out.
Step 10: Take it out uv the uvin wen it is redy and go to bed. In the morning eat pizza and also eat yor hands bi mistake.

I think the top armour is a good call, personally. However if you want to mount the motors externally i'd use NPC Normals instead due to the higher hp.  But it looks like you have space to fit the motors, ants and the rest of the gubbings in the chassis.

Possibly in a revision, but as I mentioned I meant for it to be a HW chassis. I was allowing room for at least four more batteries. Making it a CW was an afterthought and was done quickly since there were only two spots left in CfaB.

I honestly don't know. It is untested. How would I test a CW, you know?

I didn't know about normal NPCs having higher HP... Thanks.

Plus then you would have 10kg to spare, downgrade to Pl5 and you just might be able to get a 5th razor on the outside eteks.

Or he could get technos (I think), depending on how fast the bot is with only standard NPC drive.
Any comments would be appreciated. :D

I'm presuming a CW on NPC Normals and those wheels would run fine, I feel Techno's could very well be overkill.

Actually yet again gauche's advice is.... good.

Get normal NPC's, Technos, drop the middle etek, spam weapons on these external discs.

Needs to be less fragile overall.

Stuffing the NPC inside and still have it work on a facespinner, without having exposed chassis, is easier said than done.

It's 1 of the few designs that I end up using e-tek drive.  It actually needed the push power anyway.

In here though probably NPC normal and techno.....  and drop 1 of the weapon motor.  It needs way more weapons than it does atm.

Actually yet again gauche's advice is.... good.

How the Hell can you say that? He said NPC Fasts weren't fast enough for a face spinner...
Because it ISN"T?

NPC Fast and tornado is like average speed for middle weight...  Even a fast 1 would have hypno.

For FS to have any chance it either need to have

1.  Huge amount of armors and weapon weight, basically a wedge-less turtle.  This bot however has less weapons that a lightweight FS and hardly armored.

or

2.  Enough speed to outdrive a popup, especially yours since it lacks "side traps".

Yeah you can keep your bot slow if you throw in another 150kg worth of weapons and cover every inch of chassis with external armor.

Well, whatever... You have to bear in mind that I don't build but about once a year and I don't build generic bots. There is no reason to build something that has ben built to the exact same specs by 20 other members, in my mind.

Also remember that this is a CW... CW bots require sacrificing something that a HW wouldn't need to. Since CW is a fairly new class, I feel that there will be a lot of trial and error to get configurations for the class right.

And I will never be up to your standards, 123. I just don't have the time or patience for it.

- NPC drive
- 18 ants
- 7 spinners total
 - 5 spinners with razors on large beaters

What are you trying to do here? are you trying to do a normal FS or a turtle FS? if normal, it's too slow.
and wtf with that half-sheet sticking out in the middle of the wedge?

For RA2 Olympics. Everyone has told me that fast NPCs have less HP and I like to keep my drive.

Mako wedges. Ever heard of them?

Instead of axle wedges, use metal hinges or just put on a halfsheet or casters as underarmor.
Also, get E-Tek drive.
