Alright, so I messed up hardcore on this chassis, but I'm posting it anyways:

Improved version will have a wedge, better drive, and will be invertible.
I'll post the insides when it is done. It is a HW.
And yes, I do realise the drive looks totally stupid right now.

Remember that it is NOT DONE and probably sucks right now.

Don't use NPCs for weapon motors, the chassis isn't protected enough, get some bottom protection. More advice later.

nowhere near enough drive or weapons, swap the irons for razors and swap the npc's for piglets or mags. shrink the chassis and try to make it wider (and possibly angle the weapons inwards so it isn't a flat wall that can't gutrip)

Yeah, I was going to mount the drives like that but for some stupid reason it wouldn't let me. That's the main reason why I'm re-doing the chassis. I use a titanium sheet for bottom protection, correct? And what would I use for chassis protection? DSL bars?

Will do the iron --> razor transition, and swap out for piglets. I was already going to do that with the chassis. I will also try to angle the weapons.

Keep in mind that this is only my 2nd DSL-S bot (not including all my "IRL" fails)

just gonna say tho that youre wasting an absurd amount of weight putting the ETEKS on the inside of the chassis.

either A: you could use something like this setup if you really need 4 ETEKS on a hw:

(having a FS motor facing straight forward is generally a bad idea though, try angling the MEs so you can get the ETEKS ever so slightly inward toward the middle.)

or B: get rid of the ETEKS altogether and get piglets instead. you still gotta put them on externally though, so try a ME on both sides and 2 DSL bars, with the front holding the piglet.
my favorite weapon setup for FS is a hexplate with sideways beaters on it and a high DPS weapon on the end, youre feel to use whatever you please though.
after all of that, switch the wheels to technos and it should be a lot .

Anyway, I can't give advice on the robot because my DSL-S skills are probably about the same as Helloface's. Probably even worse, to be honest.

that last hw fs... far too much motor kg/ weapon kg ratio, also it's too slow.

More armor, less powerful motors, more drivetrain and you should be spot on.

yep coming along nicely. just need a few more weapons on there, maybe downgrade the wheels to large ant wheels. if youre using NPC fast motors you could downgrade them to regular NPCs.
