GRB 090423's DSL Showcase
« on: June 20, 2012, 04:10:03 PM »
Looks a bit messy but it makes it up in combat worthiness (it can out-wedge(?) Hope No More 4 & Imperium II,although it has to be a quite high collison;and i'm pretty sure i've created this new type of wedge).

Please use the GTM image host for your pictures instead of having us download them. Thank you.

Advice ? Look at the NAR AI bots, see how they are built, take your advice from them.

How you make Alarm Clock Pizza is:
Step 1: You buy an alarm clock from the store, and then you have to break it and put it in the sauce.
Step 2: Fold the sauce in 5 slices and put it in the dough.
Step 3: Paint the eggs with a pitcher of a clock showing what time you want to wake up and eat pizza for breakfast.
Step 4: Put the eggs in the dough.
Step 5: Make it flat into a round shape and draw the time you want on it.
Step 6: Put some old steel to prevent other peple from stealing it.
Step 7: Make it flat and cut into 60 slices 1 for each minute in 1 our.
Step 8: Put in the oven set the timer to 30048813.2884 seconds and put the temperature on 'Volcano' setting.
Step 9: If you think it is take to long, then get yor alarm clock and set it to now so that it will ring and you can take it out.
Step 10: Take it out uv the uvin wen it is redy and go to bed. In the morning eat pizza and also eat yor hands bi mistake.

ok.....
1.you only need 2WD Technos or 4WD Hypnos(With NPC Fasts or NPC's in the casFasts, duh.
2.Use razor tips on multi extenders for weapons. (It's not a popup if you didn't noticed...)oh
3.Ditch those  ds lights and then adjust the starting point for the weapon so that it's hidden under the titesheets(trust me, these kind of popups have a weird ability to find a tiniest slit on an opponents half sheet spammed underside, even when you see them fully covered with it)(Still a wammer and not a popup!)oh ok, but he can make it a popup if he wants
4.use photobucket or the GTM file host next time.(Explain what he needs to do instead of what tool he needs to use)1.after you finished changing the pic's format from bmp to png, go to photobucket, and then register or log in, and then click the upload button, and after that click the "select photos and videos" button. 2. Find the file of the picture, wait for it to upload, and then go to your album. 3. Find your bots pic in the album, and then hover on the pic, but don't click it, and then you'll see the IMG code, and a link next to it. click the link, and then paste it to the post. if you do it correctly then you'll see something probably like this:
5.*legasp*you can get under HnM 4? Bot Exchange plz???
6.insides?(of the bot)

Gauche,i've tried 2WD Technos but for some reason it impairs the wedge's ability,i'll try your weapon advice & i'm not posting the insides (if you see wedge) until it's confirmed that my wedges are original  :laughing (but i need someone i can trust to confirm...)
I'm sorry if i seem magniloquent, but i've spent a lot of time with this bot &I don't want someone to take my idea & get credit.

Did you just attached your metal hinge on a vertical skirt hinge ?

...Why ? It may be original but I'm pretty damn sure it's a waste of weight. At least there's no reason the wedge should be better.

Also next time, post your pictures correctly please. No thumbnails allowed in there.

These are the rules, make sure to follow them.

Thanks for the advice, but i've tried 2 NPC fast w/ Technos & the wedge isn't effective,i'll try the hypnos (4 NPC fasts? or normal)
Should i upload another bot?

fasts, duh.
Rule of thumb for popups(slow rammers, wammers):
1.HW: either 2WD NPC Fasts Technos or 4WD NPC Fasts hypnos
2.MW:2WD NPC Fasts Hypnos(beware though, this drive is a beast to control)
3.LW:2WD magmotor (the R version) hypnos.

Underweight. Also it's a... two-dimensional rammer ? I suppose the weapons are unpowered.

Also, crop your images correctly. As much as I am flattered to see my NAR AI BGM, it is useless to show it and the bot. Just crop your pictures and post the bot and weight.

well it rolls on top of wedges,it has plenty of power but i'm not sure how to use the 15kg;because the 'external chassis' doesn't touch the floor it sort of rolls ki'netically when i drive forward/back.
