Ice Pick is pointless.
Can we see chassis?
Also, does anyone else put static srimech arms on their SS's?
Better than GK since 2009.
I think SM is a pretty cool guy, eh builds unicycle-bots and doesn't afraid of anything

I think the ice pick is there to prevent the bot from lying flat on its back and being counted out, 'cause it could maybe start mauler dancing a little bit and move around the arena, is that why it's there?

Maybe, but it's still a bad component choice.

At least it's not that easy for opponents to take off when it's inverted, in the same way a carbon extender is.

But a longer extender is better.
Why not a static srimech using a ME passing through the disc after axle loading?
EDIT: Too slow

The ice pick is there, not for any efficiency reasons, but because I had no weight for an extender to put it on. It's a sort of decoration, looks like the top of a scythe, a bit.

But if they self-right you once before getting ripped off, they do better than getting stuck on your back with a weapon that can't self-right you, and can't do damage because of its normals.

1 20 CM won't self-right this bot.

If you swap the Ice Pick for something like a Razor or Iron Spike, that could work.

I'm keeping the Ice Pick for decoration. It reallly doesn't matter.

What are you talking about G.K. Carbon Fiber is 20cm per kg. Remove the ice pick and you get a bunch of weight for carbon fiber extenders.

No, I'm giving my bot a decoration.

I could remove an ant and use that weight for a srimech.
