If a true popup gets under this and hits the poly extender however... or is t just my knack for always searching for what might going to go wrong ? :P

You might want to get rid of the beater bars and just upgrade the poly extenders to flipper segments.

And I haven't seen a bot that intimidating since SCRAMJET. XD

Oh and also i'm not sure about these beater bars because they don't cover much. The large hammers will probably be ripped off before them *remember Cataclysm 1 sometimes losing the 70kg hammers before the 25kg ones*

Aren't the wheels a bit exposed? I normally put the weapons infront of the wheels to protect them.
