Burst attachment seems inefficient, though. Maybe 2 60cm panels are enough for that.

That looks like a fail wedge... every single 2 E-Tek drive wedge I have made failed.

And indeed you could do a lighter extender work, with just 60/80 cm polycarbonate extenders on multis.

I'm guessing you're using Plastic 1 here...I would say shrink the chassis, but you probably can't...22.3kg on either side to free up. Probably not enough for anything decent. I'm somewhat stumped here.
