You could remove the shell panels that just hold one iron, and attach said irons directly to the disk. That could, if you can shave off 2 more kg, get you a medium2 disk.

The original one was, but Badnik made him take some razors off of the weaponry so it wouldn't violate the spirit of the tournament. =) New one looks pretty good, though.

If you see the earlier reiterations, you'd know he was planning something extremely similar to it for BoF.

Aahaha... No, but, the door hinges are quite an annoyance, mainly because they AGOD. A lot. Wedges are still pretty good, considering they AGOD'd, but I might switch to Skirt Hinge instead of Metal Hinge.

Well if this is going to be a serious bot, then you really do need the door hinges.
