this is one of my bots from the team The light called Bishop

Good: does a lot of damage
Con: Flipper gets knocked off to easily
please tell me ways i can improve bishop and comment please

it's very underpowered, chassis is way to big, all the razor tips on the back are useless and there's no need for ballasts.

the batterys are blah batterys, very powerfull with electotal = 2100000 elecmaxinoutrate = 50000 and have never ran out on me, the ballasts are there because the flipper was flipping me too, the razor tips on the back for when the tribars get destroyed (has happened).

i see your using custom parts.. the robot is very overweight and a lot can be fixed to get it under 800kgs.

custom parts are only used for "Freaks" not serious bots, only use the parts that come with DSL if you build serious robots.

it did come with the dsl mod, it was in the components and all i had to do was unhide it

those batteries aren't in there, anti-ballasts (used to make SHW's) aren't either..

i know the anti ballast arnt but the blah battery is in components under blah, its a notepad file and u change the hidden = 2 to hidden = 0 to use it

They'd be hidden for a reason. Don't use them.

Edit: Also, you're using the super strong extenders from Firebeetle's component pack, which are also cheat parts.

what the... that part was from the dsl tc v2.1 mod.. no custom components have been added to that 1 ( i have 3 versions, the original, original dsl tc v2.1 and a custom component 1)

you most likely copied the custom component game and installed dsl tc v2.1 over it. installing a mod over another version does not get rid of the components from the game you installed it over the top of.

i suggest you get a pure stock version and install dsl over the top of it.

it was a pure stock version, the 1 i instaled dsl on was completly stock

edit: btw u make good lw, i have trouble making lw any tips?

if it was pure stock it would be in my dsl folder, but isn't.

best thing you can do is look around showcases and search for glitches that have been found. the glitch i use most is the snapper loading glitch.

Its very obvious that you have downloaded Hammer Of Justice. The Blah battery is a cheat battery used to power this bot, and is also the reason why its hidden, so do not use it.

Your chassis space management is good, and also snapper wedges = win.

But:

You're not going to get ANY respect if you showcase a bot with cheat parts on it.

Also ballasts are the worst component ever.

Use something that would actually help your bot (batteries, more armor, heavier weapons, a wedge...) rather than dead weight.

Just saying...

u got a point so ill remake bishop without cheat parts and try to make it under 800kg (try)

The blue-grey extender thing is a cheat part also.

The 30kg ramplate on the rear is useless.

And finally i suggest using heavier weapons because the razors are brittle for a HW, and i suppose you know what happens when one of the spinners lose a razor...
