make the bottom wedge a metal hinger wedge.
Also, relace that anlged side panel with a Snow Plow or Panic Attack Skirt or...anything other than that.

No, never will I put the piglet on the skirt. That will just not work with the main idea that I am going for here (plus I have not have good experiences with piglets on skirt hinges)
