Um when I try to put my wheels on the motors that are connected to the skirt hinges, it won't let me put them on. And I can't resize my chassis so that both multi-extenders are positioned so that the 120 cm skirt hinges don't intersect with the chassis. It's hard to explain without visually showing you. Please help!!!

On the first part, you need to utilise a glitch called Axle Loading. If you look through the Tutorials subboard in General Discussion, Sage has a thread called "Tips and Tricks", which shows you how to Axle Load.

On the subject of the ME's, it sounds to me like you're using the "inner" attachment point, you'll notice in the component preview window that one of the AP's on the Extra Small multi extender is actually in the center as opposed to on the edge. You want to rotate the component 180 degrees, or 18 "clicks". When you rotate a component, it jumps by 10 degrees each time, rather than a completely smooth rotation, you just need a good eye to spot these clicks and enough patience to count them properly. Then the Poly Skirt should attach no problem.

I guess I still don't understand how to axle load since the motor is connected to the 120 CM skirt. I can't remove the skirt and keep the motor on. Still confused

You don't need to remove the skirt. You just need to rotate something so that it "stacks" into the collision mesh of the skirt.

Why is there a t-connector?

When you axle load with an extender, etc you then get rid of the extender and replace with the wheel.

EDIT: little protip: put the motor/wheels on the back AP of the skirt for best stability

Wow do I feel stupid. Total blond moment. Thanks a bunch. Will fix now. I don't think the wheel will touch the ground if I put it on the back attachment point

Oh i didn't know that. I think the wheel will be too high off the ground if the motor is placed on the back attachment point
Use a titanium halfsheet that you attach to the bottom of the bot, the mount your skirts on that; that should get the wheels at the right height.

alright I'll try that. What should I attach the half-plate to? A ME?

Nah, one of the AP's on the halfsheet lets you attach it to the baseplate.
Your chassis needs to be tall enough, but I think the one you've got at the moment will do.

That's a good thing, you should be very stable laterally and be less vulnerable to HS.

Here's what I have right now, but I'm not to happy with it. :/

(Edit) I was unhappy with the wide version. So I tried a different way. They both get demolished by Bot 205.

angle connectors have fail hp.
Half sheets have fail hp when not on the baseplate

I quite like the second version (Though some could take it as a KLONE of blood orange :P), and like you, am not a big fan of the first one.

Plus you have a tiny bit of weight you could use as sacrificial extenders or upgrading chassis armour, alu 3 isn't a great choice iirc

Thanks for the advice. Is there anything I can add to be able to beat Bot 205? It gets under me and tears up the bottom of my chassis :(

Re-sized everything and kept it realistic! Large Perm 80, Aluminum 3 Armour, 80CM Aluminum skirts, and PLENTY of weight left over. Hmm...

Change the armour, and upgrade the skirts to tite, and you have the actual absolute same robot as Blood Orange 4 (just with the motor on the opposite flipper segment)
