Bigger-diameter weapons are almost always better on undercutting HS. The goal of undercutters is to rip off all the low weapons on shell spinners and then hit the shell panels and chassis, while leaving the high weapons untouched. If the disc is too small, then HS's will just turn into overcutters and rip off your weapon motor. Look at how big I had to make the weapon on Undertaker (in my showcase)--a large DSL disc with Robot X swords. Any smaller than that and the E-tek would get hit.

Also, you need something on the bottom of the disc to keep the weapons off the ground--a hex plate or a multiextender works well for this. For the gryo dancing, a smaller weapon motor would help, or perhaps some rear stabilizers.

On Blood Orange 2, you have 4 extra kgs. You might try attaching 40cm poly skirts to the back of the flipper segments (which will need to be rotated to get the angle right), and then attaching the drive to the side of those. It won't look as nice but it might be more stable.

Been busy the last few days, and made this before I saw Click's post. Thanks for the advice anyway (:
Annoyingly, the hammers clip an ant batt, but I don't see that as a problem when theres popups around. (Standing by opinion that popups aren't realistic.)
Chassis is obv. 3 ants and a 4kg CB

New bottage. Made from same chassis as the above. Same weapon motor too, I believe.

And a new prototype. The chassis is large on the original. Thought I'd cut it down and see what happened. Thoughts?

Immu lacks the cool look of your standard VS building style

others look awesome though.. (is it just me or is everyone building there robots in series now?)

Meh. I was unhappy about Immu 2 anyway, it just lacks something. To the bin with that, the original was awesome in my opinion anyway XD

I think the problem with Immunization 2 is that it's not spindly enough. =P

No, really, the weapon arm seems too short to me, and I don't like the look of that disc there for protection. I also see two completely pointless flipper segments attached to the front of the discs. Removeplz.

Well, I think I'd either keep it as it is, or just put one in the middle horizontally and change the armour to Plastic 10. Hm. XD

Just flip it, so the front/middle is protected.
