Well, they are a VERY powerful design. They dish out big damage and take little back - I've had weapons like razors last longer then they really should.

I didn't read this thread before I got started, so I had no idea that my design was so unoriginal, but I submitted it anyways just to ensure I'd get something in on time. I call it Mutant Kabuto:

If you think about it, it IS original because its the only bot I have seen with the angled shell spinner parts.

And if it makes you feel better, some of my bots still have trouble beating Star Dust.

It sure is. Not that I have any problem entering star dust. I just want something different but are still at the level of my bots in NAR v2.1. But so far most new designs just doesn't work.

Let's see when I will get lucky and bump into a niche in the game's engine.
