This is the first video I made of the game using my Launchbot Rocket Launcher 3. My favorite moment is 1:39-1:45.

I need to find a way to make it more durable because most of the weight went into that weapon.

Pretty nice putting 4 betas into your bot... but he doesn't look as efficient as it could.

I have seen Second Sentinel throwing my weapon test dummy Bunker(8000kgs) almost to the roof of combat arena. That means you are better off with 2 betas and enough batterypower to run them for atleast 3 minutes

The old one had 3 of them. I'm going to keep revising it because it does well against most of the Stock AI and I would like to enter it in the next Heavyweight BBEANS tournament.

The next DSL heavyweight BBEANS isn't for now...

But what is your amp imput/output? This thing would need nearly 950 amps to work properly... Yeah, it could only be underpowered.

Two Betas are enough, and you could then add some weapons on your bot, like CRITICAL EMERGENCY. It is a pretty nice design and the three spikes, even if they don't look like a serious weapon on a HW, do serious damage.

Something is wrong, I have 2 Betas in there now and 3 of the 30 Pound Batteries, 1 of the 25 Pound ones and the damn thing can't throw anything. Does it make it weaker if you have a Medium Plow on the back of the robot?

Never mind I just found out what was wrong, I used a Cold Fusion Reactor [one of the parts I downloaded] in the one I used for the video, but in this one I tried to make it tournament legal by using real batteries. So I removed the side armor to take off some weight and crammed more batteries in. Now it works just as well as the old one.

Well, for your bot, you should need 7 30kg batteries (the black, high ones)

I have a lot of batteries in my remake, but it isn't anywhere near as good because it has 2 Beta's instead of 4. But it is much easier to move and better protected. I'll upload a video if it later.

I couldn't get 3 betas to work as well as 2 and keep it under 800kg because of the massive power consumption...
Input is appreciated. :)
-Arrogance is a quantity devoid of quality...
-As a client once told me "This is my story, and it's sticking to me!"
-Relationships these days are like the 'Arrival' section of the airport: a lot of baggage is being revealed in one place, and not a lot of it is being correlated to its real owners...

I'd say these things are much more useful as something that you just use to throw around the AI bots because the only way I can get them to be useful enough is by putting a Cold Fusion reactor [Noob Battery] inside.
