Title: STOCKrealism AI
Post by: Sylandro on December 19, 2012, 05:35:21 PM
Well, since there is a DSL Realism AI ( LDAI ) I decided to do a stock version of that. If you want to help me with this AI, PM me!

You'll need to learn how to ai bots and manage the ai folders beforehand.

If you don't know how to do both of these, it's not worth it.

Wouldn't RFS AI qualify as this?

rfs ai isn't realistic

Hate to poop on your parade, Sylandro, but Stock-realism are two things that don't really go together

you can make the case that it's possible to make a nice looking, well functioning Stock IRL bot but DSL was practically made for IRL, besides all that stock-realism looks like is the stock bots, they're all for the most part realistic.

Not stopping you though.

Not true... Jonzu was running Robot Wars Extreme 3 as a Stock IRL tournament, but the majority finds building IRL in stock incredibly pointless.

Yeah most of those bots were pretty boring, excluding Rob's and TRiaS's, and the fights are about as interesting to watch as the news.
