In my opinion, DSL is better due to the originality of the designs and the fact all components can be used effectively.
Any comments would be appreciated. :D

Depends. For those who want to build the most outrageous bots, stockman is god. For those who want to be in reality, its DSL.

DSL, it takes time to get use to as i found out but the components are much more balanced and there's a lot more components. the robots are also more realistic which is great cause i was getting tired of seeing stacked hs's all the time.

This is true. DSL does have better, more true-to-life components.

With less components, Stock is easier to begin with, but soon, we get bored with the native bots or discouraged with the too hard bots of Starcore.

RAGE represents a very good alternative for middle level bot builder (I highly recommand it !)

DSL impresses first with its huge amount of components, but it is really not for beginner who feels quiclky lost.  Good builders may feel also a little annoying with the native bots : Thanks to bbean delivery (and the futur Naryar pack ?) there is still challenging bots.

So i should vote for Stock if i was a beginner or a genious builder, and DSL as a good-but-nos-so-good builder... i did vote DSL

DSL, because it mixes the creativity of what you can do with Stock, with the possibility of creating some great realistic robots.

And, I am much better with DSL than I am with stock so that helps too.

Happy to see this question still being asked.

As the father of the Starcore Packs and orginal CEO of DSL am am very pleased people are still playing both. And yes stock has benefits for those getting started and those wanting challenge competing with the original developed parts. While DSL was created to bring more realistic parts and options to the playing field.

You are all doing great carrying the torch. I can wonder what would be happening these days if hadn't done the Starcore Packs or DSL?

I like DSL better truthfully.
I can't get the hang of using some of the glitches in stock so I prefer DSL where glitches aren't supposed to be exploited as much as in stock.

I sometimes test my stock bots against DSL bots.

I usually lose...
