Badnik has proven he can do simili-tournaments like this with no problem, I don't see why he should be restrained.

We should make a pole on weather this should be restrained or not. Why do we have these rules anyway?

Because of kids like you who tried to start tournaments the minute they sign up, or because people would start tournaments and leave.

Please tell me about the tournament I tried to start.

Badnik isn't one of these. There is no need to restrict him if the community agrees with that.

Like (n) - Similar in nature to, but not necessarily exactly the same. Ex: People like him are the reason tournaments are restrained.

Badnik isn't one of these. There is no need to restrict him if the community agrees with that.

I was only answering the question regarding why these rules are in place, not the other.

exactly what the new system does.. he can make tournaments whenever he likes.. just one at a time, so he could easily do this after RW3

We should make a pole on weather

pole dancing in the rain ? :P

everything else has been pretty much answered by other staff..

I hate to say it but you won't get a word out of me. This "official" tournament crap is ridiculous. This game is dead enough as it is, lets make sure no one can have any fun! Why does this need some kind of "regulation?" We're all here to play RA2, aren't we? Why must we make sure we have to go through 15 thousand steps? The last thing I have to offer is that this complete and udder flaming bullsh**. Gooday mate!

I have sent countless hours bending over backwards to make everyone happy while prevent crap being produced in the tournament section. why? to keep everyone happy... (though seemingly impossible on this website)

you dont own this website ACAMS does.. you can make your own little forum and make as many little tournaments are you want but bottom line is, on here you do things according to our rules.. dont bother debating it, ACAMS told us to immediately lock any thread that has people sending robots in for a tournament not in the sign ups section, we are being lenient by trying to find a happy medium.

He is also exactly the reason we first came up with the need for a tournament system.

Of course, with the signups section thingy, I have to write out everything I've been doing twice (rules wise), and I need to post VIDEOS, which if a 256-bot thingy like this, takes too LONG to keep everyone interested. Especially if you have A LIFE. And I don't see Raging DSL MWs and Robot Smash being canceled. I stand by my reasoning.
