Discovered or Undiscovered glitch?
« on: November 18, 2012, 07:48:52 AM »
So, I was building Drillzilla and I got this kind of glitch, for unknown reason

Spike Strip before attaching

Spike Strip attached.

Take a close look at the part where the Spike Strip is attached, and compare them. The Angle is clearly different, I have no idea why it's doing this.

You've simply attached it to the side of one of the extenders. (that's at least what I can see from that picture.)

Nope
You sure you didn't move the cursor ?
100% Percent sure.

Even though when I reopened RA2, it was back in place normally...

Well, that may very well be a new glitch... but teleporting components when attaching like that never happened to me.

It's certainly not effe either.

I tried it with mine and there didn't seem to be any problems, it wasn't a 100% replica, but it was very close to it.

i'm pretty sure jonzu did other things who triggered the glitch or it was triggered randomly.

Looks like one of those situations that you use specific components in a particular series, like with Hax Mode.

The only thing is, how would this really ever be useful?

Scrap found this earlier, no idea why it happens. Nice to see you're making Drillzilla.
