Basically, just a set if rules that people on GTM can make up about RA2. If it's for Stock, start with "for stock" or "on stock" or "in stock" or something like that. For DSL or NAR AI or Backlash or whatever, just do the same thing. I'll start.
1. In stock, If you cannot stack, you're gonna struggle. A lot.
-
Screw the rules, I have money.
-
I only have awesomebucks.
-
If FOTEPX says it, it's probably wrong. =P
-
Mini Wheels don't work.
-
If you build IRL Realistically in Stock, you will die.
-
STOCK RULE:
It it's sharp as opposed to pointy, you're going to have trouble with it.
-
DSL
NO STACKING!

Screw the rules, I have money.
Screw the money I have rules! (and green hair)
-
Screw the rules I make my own
-
We don't need rules, nobody would pay any attention to them anyway
-
We need rules to break.
-
In which case, I'm off to stack DSL batteries in Stock, and build a popup with ten Judge Motors :trollface
-
i don't need rules to break... i need people to break.
-
Screw the rules I make my own
Literally, you have an entire wiki page of them.

Totally untrue. Rammers and wammers are still effective even when they're realistic.
-
Go show me one rammer IRL that has 30 spikes on it, and tell me how it does against a rammer with 2 or 3. If the heavily weaponed one does better, then the rammers will be realistic.
-
*will go build one when he has enough time*

It'll be the same principle as pointed axe vs. blunt axe. For the same force, the pointed axe exerts the force over a smaller area, so does a fair amount of cosmetic, and localised damage, whereas the blunt axe spread its power over a greater area, so less damage will be done visibly, but there'll probably be some degree of internal damage to the opponent. For instance, Dominator 2 put a lot of holes in its opponent, lots of cosmetic damage, but the hammer of Mr. Psycho shook up the competitors and did damage to their vital organs, potentially shaking something loose.

^^Good point^^
But then why waste weight on a bunch of spikes if you can just put a flat front?
-
Flat front bot rammer = tornado :P
-
Tornado had 4 fixed spikes on the corners (I think they kept them throughout all their appearances), and a pneumatic spike in Series 4, before the interchangeable weaponry came along. If you want a flat-fronted Rammer, think of Robot The Bruce from way back in Series 1, and to a lesser extent Storm II.
-
or New Cruelty or my bot when I lose the spike. :P
Having a flat pushing surface makes more sense than having an uneven one. A flat surface offers less for a spinner to "bite" into and flat surfaces are essayer to make vs a wall of spikes

Screw the rules i has coolness factor
